Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
  • Safely and efficiently move materials to and from storage or production areas.
  • Maintain inventory records and perform regular inventory counts.
  • Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar role.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
