Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Coordinator at GoodNight Stay you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory of furnishings, linens, and other supplies needed for our short-term rental properties. You will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of these items, ensuring that our properties are always well-stocked and maintained to meet guest expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of furnishings, linens, and supplies for our short-term rental properties. Track and manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.

- Warehouse Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and preparing items for distribution.

- Order Fulfillment: Ensure efficient processing of requests for property supplies, including timely delivery and accurate stock levels for upcoming rentals.

- Quality Control: Inspect items for quality and damage, handle returns and replacements, and ensure all inventory meets company standards.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline warehouse processes and enhance efficiency in inventory management.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to anticipate needs, address inventory shortages, and support the smooth operation of short-term rentals.

- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field, preferably in a property management or hospitality context.

- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; property management, or a related field is a plus.
