What You’ll Do:

As our Bridge Project Manager, you’ll wear many hats:

  • Conduct technical research, prepare design plans and reports, design specifications and plan preparations.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Foster the growth and professional development of our Indiana Structures/Bridge Section.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to maximize work-sharing opportunities.
  • Perform quantity and cost estimate calculations.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, client interactions, and proposal generation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in leading Bridge projects for INDOT, counties, and local municipalities.
  • Drive to expand industry contacts and connections.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset committed to growing V3’s Indiana program.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation/Open Roads and other related software
  • PE/BSCE required.
