What you need to be successful

To excel as a Home Health Aide-CNA at Inspired Homecare you must meet certain qualifications and possess specific skills. A high school education or equivalent is required, along with completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant course as outlined by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Additionally, you must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly and effectively.

Maintaining current CPR certification or obtaining it within ninety days of employment is crucial, ensuring you're equipped to handle any situation with confidence. Your commitment to learning and growing in your role will contribute to the exceptional care we provide to our clients.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Must have a high school education or equivalent
  • Must have completed a Certified Nursing Assistant course as specified by the Illinois Department of Public Health as well as completed the Certified Nursing Assistant competency examination
  • Must possess current CPR certification or become certified within ninety (90) days of employment.
  • Must be able to read write and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
