General Responsibilities:


The Trainer is responsible for the on-the-job training and development provided to each new employee in their assigned department. The Trainer ensures all employees are prepared to deliver the highest level of service for customers and stakeholders. Trainers fulfill their roles as agents when training assignments are complete.


Major Responsibilities and Functions:

? Ensure compliance with minimum standards and regulations

? Liaise with managers to determine training needs

? Create daily/weekly training schedule

? Complete daily/weekly status reports

? Understanding of all rules and federal regulations

? Understanding of positions and responsibilities

? Conduct tours

? Support and mentor new employees

? Other assigned duties


Health and Safety Responsibilities:

?Take all reasonable and necessary precautions to ensure personal health and safety as well as that of co-workers and any other persons.

?Report immediately to management all occurrences that cause injury or damage to any person or property.

? Report immediately to management all unsafe and unhealthy conditions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

? Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

? Skill in effective oral and written communication. Use of tablet, computer and phones are required.

? Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other TBI employees, airline employees and Customs and Border Protection officers

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Minimum 2 years of experience

? Good attendance record

? Must professionally represent brand
