Role: AP Specialist

Location: Wilmington, DE

Pay: $19 - $23 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Review, code, and enter vendor expense invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research & resolve discrepancies
  • Handle all vendor correspondence via phone or email
  • Receive, research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
  • Process check payments
  • File accounts payable invoices

Requirements:

  • 2 years of recent AP experience
  • PO Discrepancies resolution experience
  • Software: Sage Intacct
