We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team at our facility located in Longview, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive retail sales, supervisory experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the retail store
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Train and supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in auto parts retail sales
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques

You should be proficient in:

  • Retail Sales
  • Customer Service

Salary info:

$25.96 - $36.06 / hr
