We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer II to join our team. The QA Automation Engineer II will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases, via manual and automated testing. Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, reproduce and resolve defects and bugs
Strong automation skills using at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will work with others to design and implement scalable and robust software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of demonstrated experience in software test engineering, OR 8 years demonstrated experience in software testing and automation
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily scrum meetings; and retrospective sessions
  • Experience with testing frameworks for APIs, databases, and other backend systems
  • Ensure all test cases are executed and documented according to best practices and company standards
  • Experience using automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement
  • Knowledge of Software testing methodologies, testing tools, and best practices
  • Continuously improve test coverage and automation scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other QA engineers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
