Rentals Seasonal Staff

The Rentals Seasonal Staff position is for individuals interested in working with our growing rentals program. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse set of guests from businesses and non-profits to school groups and youth organizations. Rental positions are on-call based on the rental group needs. This means that there is not a regular work schedule and/or hours. Traditionally, our busiest months are May, August, and September. Night and weekend hours are common. This position is a great option for people looking to supplement their income or to pick up some extra work around their school/home schedules.

Rentals Seasonal Staff are expected to be exceptional at providing customer service to our guests. This includes the ability to react professionally and courteously as issues arise. The ability to work independently while still maintaining strong team relationships is important as we work to provide a custom yet consistent experience for all of our guests. Rentals Seasonal Staff will primarily work with rental groups by leading programming activities. However, Rentals Seasonal Staff may also serve as the host for the rental group and help with other areas related to the comfort and safety of our guests.

Prospective applicants with current or prior certifications and experience in ropes course management, belaying, archery, tractor driving, and/or lifeguarding are encouraged to apply. Training opportunities are offered in these areas for Rentals Seasonal Staff.

Pay is $15 / hour, unless a different rate is mutually agreed upon for a specific group. For select rental groups, Rentals Seasonal Staff may be offered the opportunity to have limited on-site lodging for the length of the rental. If we are providing food service for a rental group and the Rentals Seasonal Staff is working over the meal time, those meals may also be provided.
