Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shaping the strategic direction of GTR's leasing & rental operations.
- Direct responsibility for all leasing & rental sales, existing customer accounts, and operation activities with a focus on expanding the customer base and increasing revenue streams across all locations.
- Consult with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products, equipment, or services.
- Develop and execute business plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue generated and customer acquisition to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Ability to maintain relationships with customers to generate new business and close deals.
- Develop detailed sales proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the leasing and rental process and address any issues or convers promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to devise effective sales strategies and quotas aligned with dealership goals.
- Ensure proper record keeping by regularly auditing internal and external documents related to each deal.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Experience within the transportation field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial equipment leasing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in truck leasing operations and the freight business community.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
