Schedule
This position is part-time and allows for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential for flexibility after the first three months. During the initial three months, the schedule will require part-time availability between the hours of 8am-5pm.

Position Summary:
The Janitor is responsible for custodian and light maintenance tasks at Alturas Analytics, Inc.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Clean facilities, including kitchen, bathrooms, office and laboratory spaces
- Light maintenance including painting, glass cleaning, recycling
- Exterior maintenance including snow removal
- Communicate issues with equipment, supplies and needed building repairs to supervisor
- Requires one Saturday shift per month
- Performs other duties as needed or assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of work experience
Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Walking up to 1/3 of the time between departments/offices
- Standing up to 2/3 of the time
- Using hands to handle or feel up to 2/3 of the time
- Reaching with hands and arms up to 2/3 of the time
- Talking or hearing less than 1/3 of the time
- Climbing or balancing less than 1/3 of the time
- Stooping or kneeling less than 1/3 of the time
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. less than 2/3 of the time

Alturas Analytics, Inc. is a bioanalytical laboratory dedicated to supporting pharmaceutical drug candidates from discovery through late phase clinical trials. More specifically, we provide expert GLP and Non-GLP LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS quantitation and PK/TK analytical services in both small and large molecules. Salary: From $17.31/hour
