About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Service & Warehouse Technician to join our team at Bath Flip in Londonderry, NH. This role will involve a combination of service visits, customer service, warehouse management, and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for providing technical support and performing installations and maintenance for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficently alone and as part of a crew.If you are a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair various bath accessory issues
  • Communicate with team members, customers & outside contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
  • Setup and stage upcoming jobs
  • Follows through with customers until all issues are resolved
  • Timely completes all paperwork/data entry and follow-up communication required for the appointment
  • Safely, correctly, and efficiently unloads and cleans the trucks
  • Takes great care of the companys products, tools, and equipment
  • Perform quality control checks and warehouse counts on products
  • Help manage inventory and organize warehouse space
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior warehouse or service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Ambitious to learn and solve problems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
