We’re committed to delivering top-quality electrical and plumbing services. We are now seeking a skilled Plumber/Contractor to oversee plumbing projects and services in the Omaha area.

Job Summary: As a Plumber/Contractor at Kline Electric, you will be responsible for contracting and managing plumbing work within the Omaha area. You will start with residential projects and have the potential to expand into commercial and industrial work. Your role will include installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage all plumbing contracting work specifically for the Omaha area.
  • Installation: Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances, initially focusing on residential settings.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues; perform routine maintenance.
  • System Inspections: Conduct inspections and provide detailed reports on plumbing systems.
  • Blueprints and Codes: Read and interpret blueprints; ensure all work adheres to local codes and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other tradespeople and mentor apprentices.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid plumber’s license and relevant certifications.
  • 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to read blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
