From coordinating entertainment and outings to organizing special events and assisting with meals, you'll ensure our residents are engaged and fulfilled.Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the Personal Well-Being Profile for new residents within 7 days of move-in
  • Develop and follow a monthly schedule of events, ensuring minimal changes or cancellations
  • Organize resident outings, including transportation for medical visits and recreational trips
  • Assist with marketing events that entertain residents and promote community engagement
  • Provide assistance in the dining rooms during mealtimes, including serving and cleaning up

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in assisted living preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • CDL preferred
