  • Provide support for the implementation and optimization of Allscripts EHR system
  • Great understanding of Allscripts Touchwork functionalities, configurations, and best practices, to effectively support implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance effort
  • Work with clinical and administrative teams to identify and address workflow issues
  • Conduct analysis of system usage and make recommendations for improvements
  • Participate in testing and validation of EHR system upgrades and enhancements
