What You'll Do:
- Be the First and Last Impression: Greet every patient with a warm, welcoming smile and ensure their experience is positive from the moment they step in until they leave.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments with efficiency and precision.
- Patient Comfort: Make our patients feel relaxed and at home in our office. Your passion for helping others should shine through in every interaction.
- Outgoing Calls: Embrace the challenge of making outgoing calls to remind patients of their appointments and encourage them to schedule new ones.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
- Personality: An overall happy and positive person who enjoys making others feel comfortable and cared for.
- Passion: A genuine love for helping people and making their dental experience exceptional.
