Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a range of warehouse operations including handling equipment, using forklifts and heavy machinery, and assisting with the occasional installation of parts. This role requires experience with forklifts, heavy machinery, and hand tools, along with flexibility and creative thinking to address various warehouse challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move and organize inventory.
  • Use hand tools for various tasks including equipment maintenance and parts installation.
  • Assist with the installation of parts and components as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Handle inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creative thinking to solve warehouse challenges.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience operating forklifts and heavy machinery.
  • Proficiency with hand tools.
  • Ability to assist with occasional installation of parts.
  • Flexible and creative thinking skills to address various warehouse challenges.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach towards safety and quality.
  • High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
