Reporting to the F&B leadership team, the restaurant server will ensure that all guests are treated warmly and provided with luxury service in addition to standard food service duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of the food menu, wine list and mixed drinks list
  • Confidence in answering any guest questions regarding the menus
  • Participate in all aspects of the dining room service as needed
  • Completes opening and closing lists as needed
  • Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
  • Focus on guest satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of serving experience in a high volume or luxury setting
  • Experience working in high-end hotel outlets environment strongly preferred
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to take ownership of issues
  • Ability to embody and impart the Loren’s unique culture to all associates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
