Job Title: Endo NP – Contract Role

Job Type: Full-time

Skills Needed:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-PCNP) with endocrinology experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in endocrinology or a related field.
  • Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventative care related to endocrine health.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the endocrinology team.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Participate in patient education programs and support groups.
  • Stay current with advancements in endocrinology through continuing education and professional development.
