Summary:
This position will Manage the Bar/Lounge employees in the day to day shift operations to achieve customer satisfaction, high quality service, compliance with policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage the day to day operations of our Lounge staff to ensure smooth operations, compliance with procedures and safety regulations so an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are achieved.
  • Manage the Bar employees in all outlets; interview, recommend hiring, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, recommend performance reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline as appropriate.
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems in a timely manner to ensure a quality experience and enhance the lounge experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. 
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly Manages the lounge personnel on shift. During event nights may supervise additional personnel, as needed.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Education Level – High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience – Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced bar setting
Special Skills – Excellent communication and problem solving skills required.Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers and other employees of the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsClass B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
