Our mission is to improve the lives of children, adults, and families impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We are offering a $10,000 Sign On Bonus paid out quarterly

Requirements/Experience

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program required. Maryland licensure LMSW or LGPC is required. Licensed LCSW-C or LCPC is

preferred. BLS certification is required within 60 days of start date.

• Minimum requirements of two years experience working in a behavioral health treatment setting implementing psychotherapeutic and crisis intervention services required. Care coordination experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the provision of psychotherapy and care coordination services including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning and coordination of care, case management functions, and provision of individual/family and group therapy.

• Works with diverse populations, demographics, and age groups to provide collaborative care.

• Collects, tabulates data, and alerts treating team to potential/risk issues. This role completes utilization reviews and all documentation.

• Demonstrate ability to provide compassionate care in completing psychiatric assessments, treatment plans, care coordination, and discharge planning in accordance with state

and federal guidelines

• Demonstrate competence in the provision of induvial/family therapy and group therapy as needed. Demonstrate competence to independently assess and treat guests in crisis in a person-centered, compassionate manner.

• Demonstrate ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external customers; assess, adapt, and calmly respond to changing/or crisis environment; make independent decisions consistent with current policies, procedures, and ethical standards; develop and implement treatment plans for guests relative to his/her specific needs in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

• Ability to utilize computer and software systems. Flexibility to assess and treat guests/families with a variety of behavioral health conditions and needs.
