Shift: Day Shift

Reports to the Manager of Planning and Forecasting, and is a key member of the Planning team.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating, releasing and updating work orders in ERP system.
  • Ordering/processing of stamps for packaging
  • Interfaces and coordinates with various departments to resolve material constraints.
  • Maintaining production schedule
  • Performs other duties as necessary and as assigned by manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Must possess excellent organizational and communicational skills
  • Ability to function under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills in writing, and orally with keen attention to detail

Education and Experience:

  • Equivalent experience
