THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. If you do not have experience as a CNC operator, you will not be considered for this position. $20-25/hr depending on experience, potentially more for the right candidate. Monday - Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm – No Weekends (break at 9:30am and 2:00pm)Temp-To-Hire – the right candidate will earn their place with the host employer and will be eligible for raise and benefits after approximately 90 days. Clean work environment in a rapidly growing industry Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately based on job specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to set up machines accordingly.
  • Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions and adherence to quality standards.
  • Navigate and operate computer systems to control and monitor CNC machinery.
  • Will receive on the job training but familiarity with CAM programs such as Aspire, Enroute, VCarve for efficient toolpath generation is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Experience in vector-based drawing programs, including Coral Draw and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.
  • Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks on produced parts to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by adhering to daily work schedules.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed, exhibiting a willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient production processes.
  • Experience with CAD to CAM is a significant plus.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in using calipers and other measuring instruments.
  • Experience in operating CNC machinery and familiarity with computerized control systems.
  • Knowledge of CAM programs like Aspire, Enroute, VCarve.
  • Proficiency in vector-based drawing programs, including Coral Draw and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong attention to detail for Quality Control checks.
  • Punctual and reliable, with the ability to meet daily work schedules.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and take on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality parts that meet company standards.
