Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and wound assessment
- Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, such as gastric lavage or sonography
- Provide catheter care and assist with toileting needs
- Administer neonatal ventilator support as needed
- Provide care for patients with dementia or hospice needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Idaho

- Proven experience in providing patient care in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in performing tasks such as gastric lavage, sonography, catheter care, toddler care, patient assessment, medical records management, hospice care, dementia care, phlebotomy, and neonatal ventilator support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
