Job Overview:

AEVEX Aerospace is seeking an FMV Analyst to become a key part of our team, supporting round-the-clock Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. This position focuses on Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) missions in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF). As an analyst, you will provide intelligence analysis and fusion PED support, working a modified Panama schedule to assist OCONUS operations. Your expertise will be vital in implementing the "Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD)" targeting methodology. You'll engage in comprehensive regional and point analysis using cutting-edge geospatial techniques, facing daily challenges that enhance your growth in multidisciplinary practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis from CONUS PED locations, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Carry out near real-time observation, analysis, exploitation, and reporting of GEOINT data following DNI ICD 203 and SOCOM Joint PED standards.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality results across Screener, Reviewer, and production functions.
  • Conduct peer-to-peer Quality Assurance checks on outputs and deliverables, ensuring they are accurate before submission.
  • Understand ISR collection techniques, sensor and platform capabilities, and the best practices for creating multi-INT products.
  • Communicate effectively with intelligence and operational partners, leveraging your technical knowledge and operational experience to foster improvements.
  • Incorporate new intelligence disciplines into assessments by integrating historical FMV data, optical and non-optical images, satellite images, radar, and other intelligence sources to enhance products.
  • Engage in meetings, video teleconferences, working groups, forums, and technical exchanges related to missions/tasks and new capabilities

Required Skills

  • Required Clearance: TS/SCI
  • Strong understanding of intelligence tools and Motion Imagery PED Software, including SOCETGXP, In Motion, Microsoft Office, Google Earth, AIDE, DCGS-A, MIRC, PIDGIN, GETS, AIMES, NGDS, GSR, CEDALION, and UVDS.
  • Ability to create presentations and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Capable of coordinating and interacting with analysts from service components, DoD, and national-level intelligence agencies.
  • Proficient in gathering, interpreting, and comparing data to produce reports and draw conclusions.
  • Skilled in developing concepts of operations for processing and analytical initiatives.
  • Experience in researching, developing, and presenting all-source intelligence products at the operational level to senior leaders, including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis, and support to targeting.
  • Ability to collaborate with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploiting enemy personnel and produce post-screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis.
  • Competent in managing the production of intelligence assessments and products to support deployed SOF and enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
  • Understanding of the input/output/flow of information in the C5ISR environment.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of four years of hands-on IMINT and or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last six years.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with operational and tactical level intelligence including general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
  • Demonstrated deployed experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF units providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF is desired.
  • Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements in support of Counter Violent Extremist Organization and Counter Terrorism operations is required.

AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.

Salary Range$42.81—$54.02 USD
