While training, this part-time general labor position earns a competitive wage of $16.50 per hour. After completing a structured apprenticeship training, your hourly rate may increase to as much as $22.00 per hour. For our full-time employees, we provide wonderful benefits, including bi-annual bonuses, overtime opportunities, 10 PTO days, as well as performance reviews with pay advancement opportunities (at 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and annually thereafter). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WEEKEND ASSISTANT SEPTIC TECHNICIAN

In this entry-level general labor position, you are eager to learn as you work alongside our experienced technicians. You watch closely as each task is demonstrated, providing support by fetching specific tools and materials. Then, you help perform those tasks as they were demonstrated to you. If you have any questions, our technicians answer them and guide you. Additionally, you keep the truck and job site clean and organized throughout your shift. You love having the opportunity to gain new skills and take pride in the high-quality work you perform

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WEEKEND ASSISTANT SEPTIC TECHNICIAN

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong communication skills

A Class D driver's license or the ability to acquire one is preferred. Are you a team player? Can you follow instructions to the letter? Are you flexible and adaptable? Can you effectively manage a variety of tasks? Are you punctual and reliable? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level general labor position

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A WEEKEND ASSISTANT SEPTIC TECHNICIAN

This entry-level position is part-time and typically works on either Saturday OR Sunday. Whether work is completed on Saturday or Sunday will be determined each Friday based on the weather. We try to have jobs every weekend, but some weekends we may not have work scheduled. Shifts could be anywhere from 4 - 9 hours long. Our technicians meet at our yard at 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM. We almost never work later than 4:00 PM.
