Cleveland Park Animal Hospital Simpsonville is seeking a Kennel Attendant to join our team Our team members are responsible for the overall care and well-being of the animals staying at our facility. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves animals and can provide high-quality, compassionate pet care for our clients. We aim to provide a fun, safe, and clean space for pets to stay while their owners are away.

Responsibilities:

Handle general care tasks such as walking dogs, feeding animals, cleaning cages and medication administrationFollow a regular schedule for cleaning and sanitizing all cages, runs and related areas; change litter boxesAssist in restraining and bathing animalsRecognize and report any unusual condition or change in behaviorMaintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in animal handling or kennel care preferredAbility to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening mannerAbility to work as part of a teamCandidates must be at least 16 years of age
