Labor & Employment Attorney


Career Consulting Partners has partnered with the largest global employment and labor law practice in the world exclusively devoted to representing management. With more than 1,800 attorneys in over 100 offices worldwide, they serve as the single-source solution provider to the global employer community. We are searching for an attorney with a minimum of 4-6 years of labor and employment law experience to join the Walnut Creek office near the Contra Costa Centre.

 

Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with trials, summary judgment, arguing motions, depositions, and mediation.
  • Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context
  • Possess excellent academic credentials and experience should include significant litigation experience.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • 4 - 6 years of California employment litigation

Salary/Compensation:
  • The salary range for this position is $247,500 to $287,500
  • The salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
