Fast paced multi-location dermatology office looking for part-time front desk help. Must have medical office experience, computer knowledge and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have great customer service skills. Must be able to travel to Morris and Joliet locations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and screen phone calls
  • Scheduling patients for multiply providers and locations
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
  • Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
  • Time-management and organizational skills


Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
