Great opportunity to earn an exceptional pay rate while working a consistent schedule of two (2) weekday evening shifts and one (1) Saturday morning shift.

The Retail Sales Associate manages the Retail areas of the Site by performing the following:

  • Greets clients, providing a hospitable welcome.
  • Provides diligent and attentive service to all areas of retail.
  • Assists clients and rings up retail purchases. Answers any questions or concerns.
  • Maintains the proper display of goods in the retail area of the location and ensures that the products comply with quality standards.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in all retail areas.
  • Checks bathrooms and changing room areas are clean and stocked.
  • Straightens chairs in the lobby (as needed).
  • Works collaboratively with other team members and managers.

Characteristics, Skills and Qualifications necessary for success:

  • Passionate, friendly, organized, and dependable.
  • Retail experience and solid customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills to easily build relationships, and assess customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
