The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, technical expertise in Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the report conversion project from a legacy business intelligence solution to Oracle OAS/OBIEE and Tableau.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including report developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the conversion process.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management and business intelligence.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, focusing on technical projects.
  • At least 5 years of federal consulting experience.
  • Extensive experience with reporting systems
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, particularly in data and business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification (preffered, not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • U.S. Government Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust
Work Location & Schedule:
Hybrid Schedule (Savan HQ, Vienna, VA )
