Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and equipment
  • Climb towers to perform installations and repairs
  • Perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Qualifications:
  • No previous industry experience required - we are seeking motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the telecommunications field
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
