Client Relations Team Member

iWorQ's Client Relations and Technical Support Specialist will work with government software clients from the United States and Canada. This specialist will assist clients with training and troubleshooting our iWorQ Government Software programs. Specialists will work with new and existing clients to help configure applications, train government staff, and provide support to iWorQ applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for iWorQ's government software applications
- Resolve issues for clients via phone and occasionally through email
- Recommend and complete trainings for new customers
- Track and troubleshoot customer issues and resolutions
Job Requirements
- Concise verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Aptitude for learning new software and programs.
- Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective at problem-solving and troubleshooting

- Excellent communication skills – written & oral
- Microsoft & Google Suite Proficiency
- Positive stress management
- Strong organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
