Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionThe IT Technician helps facilitate the network infrastructure and related software management. They have an understanding of the PARCS software and is able to communicate with the OEM on repairs and implementation of the software. Helps with all software and some hardware related projects within the Parking Division.   Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm; $21 - $25/hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to IT and PARCS work orders and issues.
  • Follows up with OEM service tickets.
  • Perform programming and software changes with local servers.
  •  Assists with reporting and improvements on local servers.
  • Provides training to maintenance on basic equipment repairs.
  • Assists with IT related improvements and hardware installations.
  • Reports on all open and resolved work orders weekly.
  • Assists with RMA’s and ordering
  • Assists with the SOP creations and updates as needed.
  • Ensure equipment is on a proper cleaning and routine maintenance schedule.

  • Flexibility - Able to be flexible with schedule to accommodate work-flow demand.
  • Knowledge of maintenance tools and basic networking infrastructure.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel proficient. 
  • Basic knowledge of Purchase Card Industry requirements.
