Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Technician who is responsible for working closely with the Installation Department on final inspections. The Quality Assurance Technician's main focuses are to ensure the inspection passes successfully and that the customer is 100% satisfied with their equipment and experience. The technician has a major influence on the training curriculum for installation crews and other team members.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00/hour depending on experience + additional earning potential

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
  • 7 years of residential HVAC experience
  • Available for regular, in-person, job & department specific training
  • Experience with MS Office and video conferencing
  • Excellent computer skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Critical thinker, and problem solver through research, inquiry, and adaptive measures
  • Team player who will lead, delegate, support, and encourage
  • Well-organized and ability to work independently and remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of NC and SC mechanical and electrical code requirements
  • HVAC installation and service experience
