WHAT YOU DO AS A PLUMBING DISPATCHER

As our part-time Plumbing Dispatcher, you help keep our company running smoothly. When our clients call on the phone, we want them to feel heard and taken care of, and you play a huge role in making that happen You're responsible for handling phone calls and responding to emails. Once an appointment is set, you dispatch the right technician to get the job done. Your organizational skills and attention to detail are key in ensuring our customers are happy and our technicians show up where they need to be. You love putting your phone and customer skills to good use and keeping us on track to make a difference
