Our client, a customer service orientated company, is currently seeking a General Manager with expertise in the retail and/ or training industry. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the business. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.

Location: Bridgeville Area, Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Manage and mentor store employees.
  • Ensure that all operations are efficient and aligned with company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the training department to develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels in stores.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and apply best practices to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Service Leadership environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of operations and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in training and development is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in using management software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: 70K - 75K PA
  • Bonus and commission (Additional $10k - $15k per year)
