The Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operation data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Responsibilities include generating reports, providing data-driven insights and collaborating with teams to implement process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports for the COO, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support operational decision-making.
  • Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for standardized processes.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of various operational functions.
  • Identify and report on areas where performance falls below established benchmarks.
  • Work with relevant teams to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates to the COO on project status and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, address operational challenges, and implement improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between the COO and various teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and assess operational risks.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide recommendations for risk reduction and process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
