Are you passionate about beauty and education? Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) in Baltimore, MD, US is seeking a Beauty Instructor for our Afterschool Program. Join a team dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation. Your role will involve teaching beauty techniques, fostering creativity, and mentoring young minds. Compensation:

$22 - $25

Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging lesson plans for beauty-related topics to educate and inspire students.
  • Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance for students to practice beauty techniques and skills.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
  • Collaborate with the program team to enhance the overall educational experience for students in the afterschool program.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in beauty industry, specifically in hair, makeup, and skincare
  • Knowledgeable in lesson planning for beauty-related subjects
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students in an afterschool program setting
  • US Work Authorization
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills for teaching beauty techniques
