Position Summary:

Helitech is experiencing significant growth and is actively seeking valued laborers to join our operations team. If you are looking to gain a competitive edge with our patented products, exclusive features, and network of resources this position is for you We are seeking full time employment for Foreman, Leadman and Laborers. Starting pay is up to $20.00 per hour with opportunities to increase up to $35.00 per hour when promoted to a Foreman. Class E required for all Foreman (can obtain after employed). Foreman in Training program for new hires if qualified. This employment opportunity is a great chance to start a career with a growing organization.

Long term, mutually beneficial employment relationships are important to the company. In this position your role will be providing operation support for our homes we are providing solutions for. Requirements for the role are:

  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to follow direction from supervisors and collaborate with your team.
  • Manual digging and lifting 80-100 pounds.
  • Concrete labor/Moving concrete, setting forms.
  • Available to work long hours, including some Saturdays
