Celerity Staffing is recruiting for a Finisher position in Oconomowoc.

1st Shift

Monday-Thursday, with Friday overtime in the morning


Will be working with various size parts, some of which are very small. Will perform a finishing/polishing/buffing process to make sure paint of parts is perfect per spec. Will also move parts, clean parts, check for quality and follow work instructions and orders.


The qualifications for this job include; Ability to commute to Oconomowoc, have an eye for detail and attention to detail, ability to work with small parts, good communication skills and ability to read/follow work orders. Ideally, candidates will have some factory experience or a good work history in another industry. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and team player mentality also required.
