Position

Dietary Solutions is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Dietetic Technician or Nutrition Associate in the Cambridge, OH area to join our team. As a consultant for Dietary Solutions, you will be an integral part of the facility care teams promoting nutritional health and quality of life while maintaining regulatory standards and industry best practices. Long-term care experience is a plus but not a necessity, as Dietary Solutions provides the support and resources to train the right candidate.

Are you a fit for the Dietary Solutions Team? We are looking for someone who

  • Ability to engage with residents and facility staff to build positive relationships and support resident goals
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, planning, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and county regulations related to nutrition and food service
  • Sound clinical nutrition skills including nutrition assessment, intervention, and monitoring
  • Understanding of MDS section K, care planning, and Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM)
  • Competence in electronic medical records and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently to satisfy client and resident needs within the scope of practice
  • Current registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration and current licensed dietitian and/or certified dietitian through the state board of dietetics or medical board as applicable to practice area
