A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DRAIN PROFESSIONAL

As a Drain Professional, you will be going on clogged drain calls, cabling the drain to relieve the pressure, camering the sewer pipe and providing options for repair or replacement. From start to finish, you will take our customers through all steps. This includes initial interactions to final signatures as well as follow-up satisfaction calls. Often times, if the customer chooses the jetting or repair option, you will be performing this yourself. All larger jobs will be handled by the installations department.

 

While accommodating the varying schedules of our customers, you will build excellent rapport. However, this job is not always easy, so you will take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide exceptional customer service. To our customers, you will be the expert and their hero as you review and guide them to the best solutions for their home.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Driven, confident, positive team player
  • 3+ years working in Plumbing required
  • Extensive Sewer Camera Knowledge required
  • Sewer System Knowledge required
  • Availability and willingness to travel locally and work long days
  • Ambitious; goal-oriented; entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent customer service skills, great people-person
  • Professional, well-organized, trustworthy
  • Thorough, detailed, amazing with follow-up
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
