The ideal candidate will handle both porter and maintenance duties, ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in maintenance, HVAC, and problem-solving will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our success as we continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Fabricate or modify components to ensure proper fit and function.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, record maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with HVAC is a Plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with supervising or leading a team is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Location: Onsite in La Verne, CA
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
