This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in the sales industry while contributing to our rapid growth and expansion. Our dedicated team provides top-tier sales and customer service for prominent clients such as AT&T, delivering unparalleled results and boosting market presence.
This Full-Time opportunity is suited for ambitious candidates ready to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Please note that this is not a remote job, requiring presence at our office to effectively collaborate with the team and manage client interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities- Engage with potential customers to introduce them to our client's products and services, focusing on AT&T.
- Implement strategic sales techniques to increase customer engagement and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions to develop essential sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend and participate in team meetings to align strategies and optimize sales processes.
- Track sales performance and report any issues or insights to the management to improve processes and tactics.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally to maintain and enhance client reputation.
- Actively partake in networking events and promotions to increase client base and market outreach.
- Provide feedback to the management regarding customer experience and product adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and sales techniques to remain competitive and efficient.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work full-time hours and commit to a non-remote work arrangement.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as local travel may be required.
- Entry-level - no prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends, identify sales opportunities, and effectively solve problems.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment, aiming for both personal and team goals.
