Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

  • 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective employee relations.
  • Provide employee coaching and development.
  • Resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
  • Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
  • Work to continuously improve in all areas.
  • Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provide regular progress report to manager.
  • Provide leadership.
  • Performs accident / incident investigations.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels.
