Position Title: Project Manager - DISA Data Management and Governance Support

Location: Baltimore, MD and Fort Meade, MD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for contract performance, interfacing with Government Contracting Officers (KO), Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
  • Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate organizational goals.
  • Provide Monthly Status Reports to the COR and OCDO Leadership, and attend weekly syncs with DISA OCDO leadership.
  • Attend Government-hosted kickoff meetings and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
  • Prepare and submit a Transition-In Plan and Transition-Out Plan for contract continuity.

Support Scope: This requirement is derived from the Department of Defense (DoD) mission directive mandating the DISA Chief Data Officer (CDO) and the broader DISA community to utilize data as a strategic asset. The OCDO sets the vision and goals for change, provides enabling architecture, standards, and governance, and informs DISA-wide talent management plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience managing government contracts and familiarity with FAR regulations.
  • Interim Secret clearance required prior to beginning performance.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Work Environment:

  • Office setting at Baltimore, MD and Fort Meade, MD.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment supporting critical national defense initiatives.
