Job Type: Full-Time Exempt

 

What You'll Do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our school partners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement strategies for success, leveraging our tools and resources to maximize impact.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to both our tutors and partner schools, helping them make the most of our unique solutions.
  • Act as a champion for our company and brand, advocating for the unique value we bring.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement while learning directly from the best 
  • Onboard, launch and support customers. 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of one year experience in a Customer Success position 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust and comfort in taking a leadership role with school leadership.
  • Hospitality experience would be a bonus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and  a commitment to delivering results.
  • A high degree of proficiency in customary productivity tools (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Hubspot, etc.) and a willingness to embrace new technologies. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for tackling new challenges and opportunities.
