NextGen Car Care, a reputable automotive service center in Clinton, NY, is currently seeking a skilled Auto Technician at the B or C level to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for automotive repair, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or problems.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately pinpoint automotive issues.
  • Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technical advancements, and best practices in automotive repair.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Technician at the B or C level.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information.
  • Team player mentality with a customer-focused approach.
  • ASE certifications preferred, but not required.
