Bookkeeper $17-$20 per hour
Responsibilities and Duties
- Enter financial transactions in to accounting software
- Putting financial reports together.
- Process payroll.
- Notify senior staff on any accounting errors.
- Calculate interest charged
- Tracking payroll data
- Preparation of bank reconciliations on a Quarterly, Monthly or Yearly basis for various clients as needed.
- Knowledge of various QuickBooks products.
- Assist with preparation of financial statements
- Other data entry A/P A/R duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Team oriented environment
- Demonstrates organization and time-management skills
- Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Education & Experience
- Associates degree in business accounting or related field preferred
- 2 years minimum experience with preparation of federal tax returns.
- 2 years minimum experience with bookkeeping, financial statement preparation.
